Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 and reduced airfreight capacity, shipping is taking a little longer than usual, however we are working hard to ensure you receive your packages as soon as possible. If we can assist you with your order in any way, please be in touch with us at hello@esenciasaustralia.com.au.

All orders will be dispatched from Perth, Australia within the first three business days of the order being placed. Some exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods, or if you Pre-Ordered an Out of Stock item. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.

We offer fixed pricing of $9.99 for Domestic shipping around Australia. We use Australia Post Airmail, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days to metro areas from the date your order has been shipped.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or ESENCIAS AUSTRALIA will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with ESENCIAS AUSTRALIA via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped.
